Victor
Victor is the manager of the Sodor Steam Works where he scurries all over the place, finding parts, delivering, collecting and supervising. He has a heart of gold, has a good sense of humor and is a respected manager who doesn't suffer fools - especially the Diesels.
Kevin
Kevin is the new crane at the Sodor Steam Works. He works for Victor and calls him 'boss'. He drives Victor mad with his inexperience, but together, they make a winning duo and team.
